By booking through HubliHelp, the customer agrees to provide correct contact, address and service details. Booking is currently free. The service partner must explain labour and material charges before starting, and work should begin only after customer approval. Payment is made directly to the service partner. Customers must behave respectfully and report cancellations, damage, misconduct or disputes promptly. HubliHelp facilitates the connection and may assist with complaints.
HubliHelp collects information such as your name, phone number, address and service requirement to process bookings and provide support. Necessary booking details may be shared with the assigned service partner. We do not sell personal information. We take reasonable steps to protect your data and retain it only as required for service, support, safety and legal purposes. You may contact HubliHelp to request correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.
HubliHelp reviews the identity and documents submitted by service partners before approval. Customers should confirm the assigned partner’s identity, approve the price before work begins, secure valuables and avoid sharing OTPs or sensitive financial information. Partners must follow safe working practices and behave respectfully. Report unsafe work, harassment, fraud, damage or misconduct immediately. Serious violations may result in permanent removal.
Customers and service partners should report complaints to HubliHelp promptly with booking details, photos, bills or other evidence. HubliHelp will review both sides and may assist with communication, corrective service, suspension or removal of the partner, depending on the case. HubliHelp’s assistance does not restrict either party from approaching the police, consumer authorities or other lawful remedies.
